5. Service Fees
The fees for the “Yuru-Mate” service are listed for each content on the “Yuru-Mate” service, as well as the amounts displayed for plans set by the Company on the “Yuru-Mate” service.

6. Additional Costs
Internet connection fees and other communication costs related to telecommunications lines will be incurred. The amount will be as determined by the telecommunications service provider contracted by the customer.

7. Payment Methods and Timing
Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, carrier billing services provided by mobile carriers, or payment methods provided by Apple or Google.

In principle, the payment timing is immediate, and payment is made after pressing the purchase button or similar button on the service.
8. Service Provision Timing
The service will be provided immediately after the service fees are paid.

9. Cancellation
Cancellation procedures can be completed from the “Account” page of the “Yuru Mate” service.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds of Goods and Services
Due to the nature of the “Yuru Mate” service, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.
